No. This is clear over reach. They have no right to do this unless her funds are legally managed by a payee or conservator. Unless a judge in a court of law has somehow sequestered her bank records and they froze the funds. But otherwise a bank can’t just take a personal side…….unless you’re PayPal and you decide to freeze customers that buy or contribute to a Patriot endeavor….but that’s a different subject.
