Yeah, cause a re-enrty burn is required to re-enter the atmosphere.

Did the solar flare plot a course correction?

Edit:- I should have read an article about it before posting. It's a "green" low orbit that ensures failed satellites will encounter drag and quickly de-orbit, with additional boosting for the successful satellites. Extra drag was encountered.

The takeaway:- Even green orbits suck.
