If they want females and transgenders make them meet the standards their male counterparts must meet. Promotions need to be based on ability not one’s sex, politics, or skin color. All ideas and opinions in the military must be allowed to be presented and considered. Sometimes those who think outside of the box, have the best ideas. Just like the Supreme Court Justice choice must be based on merit for promotion to the highest court in the land, not on sex, race, politics.
