Is a "False Positive" a pre-existing condition? or a can of worms that you can never get rid of....Think red flag that never goes away...
and didn't Obama care get ruled unconstitutional?
The individual mandate portion of Obamacare (the requirement you pay a tax if you don't have insurance) was ruled unconditional and was removed, but the bulk of the law stands as it was passed, including not being denied insurance due to preexisting conditions. I think it's a good thing and like it because I have a couple chronic health conditions, so I need insurance more than most people may and would suffer greatly without it, so I won't ever be denied that care because of the illnesses I was born with that I had no control over.
Insurance companies can't drop someone or deny them coverage due to preexisting conditions since the Obamacare passed.
If they do drop you, who is going to come after them? No one. 😕
