That's a statement for DWACU ("unit"), which is one share plus one half a warrant.

I am assuming One warrant plus $11.50 for one share. The legalize is a little confusing here. How do you separate the units?

There is dwac= 1class a stock dwacw=one class a stock after exercising & paying 11.50 & dwacu= one class a stock and 1/2 of a warrant.

Meaning you would need two DWACU to exercise a full warrant because 1/2 +1/2=1
