This is what I thought. But then u/PatriotWillWin453 said to me:
You're just repeating fake news that go around on the internet.
Comirnaty is the brand name of the Pfizer vax, which can now be sold under a brand name because it has the full approval. It's the same exact vaccine as before. Nothing changed in its composition.
And the legal liability is the same. The legal liability protection does not depend on the type of FDA approval. It depends on the PREP act.
If the vial doesn't say Comirnaty on it, it isn't Comirnaty. There are no vials of Comirnaty available in the United States. Here's the CDC link proving that Comirnaty is not available in the USA:
Whether the manufacturer would have more liability for the Comirnaty versus the EUA version remains to be seen in a court of law, but the paperwork submitted to gain approval includes language describing the Comirnaty product as "legally distinct".
Here are some articles from Children's Health Defense which explore the topic. Their founder is Robert Kennedy Jr so I would have to believe they have a pretty good grasp on the subject.

Thanks. This all falls in line with what I thought until someone made me question it.
