Gotta wake up the New Yorkers somehow, he's fit for the job.

They ought to all file a class action lawsuit against the city of New York.

When the "Covid vax" is found to cause HIV... and is also found to contain graphene oxide, which causes dozens of health problems... they will be able to win the lawsuit easily. You can't force people to take damaging experimental drugs, or fire them if they refuse. That is coercion and it is illegal.

COLNE68601 18 points ago +18 / -0

I'm still not sure how they are getting away with mandating it anywhere. These experimental medical products are authorized for emergency use only. One of the conditions of the authorization is that the products require informed consent. The word consent implies that anyone can accept or reject the product without consequence. Anyone who attempts to mandate these products is violating the terms that have been used to authorize the products. That should be enough to win a lawsuit right there.

The FDA did grant a license to Pfizer under the brand name Comirnaty, but Comirnaty is not available in the United States. The only Pfizer product available in the US continues to be the emergency use authorized version of the product. The FDA and Pfizer have been misleading Americans for months that that Pfizer product is FDA approved.

pizza_lawyer 8 points ago +8 / -0

My thought too. The supreme court struck down the OSHA mandate so how can city mandates also be legal?

5
Dontstopbelieving 5 points ago +5 / -0

They are not legal. The people just need to fight. Soon everyone will be fighting the commies and it will be clear that Brandon didn't get 21 million votes. The terms of the emergency use are set.

2
PepesCovfefe 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is what I thought. But then u/PatriotWillWin453 said to me: You're just repeating fake news that go around on the internet. Comirnaty is the brand name of the Pfizer vax, which can now be sold under a brand name because it has the full approval. It's the same exact vaccine as before. Nothing changed in its composition. And the legal liability is the same. The legal liability protection does not depend on the type of FDA approval. It depends on the PREP act.

So which is it?

9
COLNE68601 9 points ago +9 / -0

If the vial doesn't say Comirnaty on it, it isn't Comirnaty. There are no vials of Comirnaty available in the United States. Here's the CDC link proving that Comirnaty is not available in the USA:

https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/programs/iis/COVID-19-related-codes.html#codes

Whether the manufacturer would have more liability for the Comirnaty versus the EUA version remains to be seen in a court of law, but the paperwork submitted to gain approval includes language describing the Comirnaty product as "legally distinct".

Here are some articles from Children's Health Defense which explore the topic. Their founder is Robert Kennedy Jr so I would have to believe they have a pretty good grasp on the subject.

https://childrenshealthdefense.org/?s=comirnaty

Thanks. This all falls in line with what I thought until someone made me question it.

Beautiful succinct comment with source. You love to see it.

6
kkthxk 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's kind of surprising, so many were from the department of education.

3
KickingPugilist 3 points ago +3 / -0

Many of us in education hold off for as much as we can. NYC probably had a hard deadline that just passed.

NJ has a drought of teachers, many of them having retired during the lockdowns and not many wanting to deal with it. The pipeline went dry and so NJ left the testing option and never went full force with the mandate to education.

2
PepesCovfefe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not surprising at all to eliminate free thinkers from employment at indoctrination centers.

2
kkthxk 2 points ago +2 / -0

Right, but who would have guessed you'd have that many there, left, at this point in time?? It's ironic that it's the police and firemen who largely fell in line; or perhaps, from another perspective, it makes all that much more sense that they capitulated.

So, it didn't actually take King Kong, Godzilla, zombies, or space aliens to destroy NYC.

Who knew?

11
ILoveIvermectin 11 points ago +11 / -0

Nope. Just 2 Democrat mayors and one lying liberal turned Republican mayor.

There’s a saying in the black community, when the powers that be really want to ruin something they out a black person out front.

Q said why does the dnc have black people out front doing the crazy talk for them. Rapper KRS-1 said this in the Alex Jones movie Obama deception. The Democrat party does nothing except sow chaos and division. Afterwards they run on a platform of fixing the chaos and launder the money to their own families.

Jesse Waters is right. This is organized crime.

Sorry for all who live in that hell hole but not too sorry about the Dept of Ed. To those teachers who abhor what is being taught be glad you are out of that system. Many private, better class schools would be happy to have intelligent, discerning teachers and not robots just collecting a paycheck ‼️

4
Enlightenment_Now 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not so sure about that.

They fired the ones who did NOT take the shot.

That means they may have fired the last few remaining good ones.

Speculation.

1
KickingPugilist 1 point ago +1 / -0

He's saying it's a blessing to those free thinkers to be free from the constraints of the public system.

13
nonrate 13 points ago +13 / -0

Not because they weren't qualified, not because of poor performance, but because they refused to participate in a medical experiment and agree not to hold anyone but themselves liable for medical negligence. These people are truly evil.

3
DeplorableMimi 3 points ago +3 / -0

The same people were supporting them as HEROES a year ago. It is truly disgusting

5
nonrate 5 points ago +5 / -0

And a sign of severe mental illness. People who follow the narrative are truly hypnotized, there really is no other explanation. and, I believe, the mental illness enhances the capability of being captured in their trance.

It sucks to see/hear more folks witnessing real repercussions for standing up for their rights. My own firing is imminent, but I want to see and hear about law firms fighting back against this bullshit - against both public and private companies of all shapes and sizes. I haven't heard of ANY movement about class actions or anything else that is pushing back against places that discriminate against their employees.

In the end, I don't care if they fire me (even though I love my job), but I just want my woke corp to know they fucked up and can't do what they did. Being a "private company allows us to make our own rules, regardless of any outside laws/court rulings"

Edit: side note - imagine if the original group of 4k unvaxxed were able to hold their ground and how much of a splash that would have made? Time and time again, I know neighbors, friends, or friends of friends, who said they weren't getting the jabs, but caved at the last minute :(

SHould be plenty of jobs and real estate available in NYC in a couple years. WHo would want to work for that city anyways? They dont pay you enough to for that city and the corruption is as bad as DC or worse. Might as well work for the temple of satan.

3
VetforTrump 3 points ago +3 / -0

Only 36 cops refused the Vax.

How many dead from vax? How many sick days from covid from vax, how many heart attacks.

3

So Dr. Eric knows what's best for your health?

Even my PCP can't force me into taking any medicine I don't want.

Imagine the epic back-pedaling this fool will have to do when the greater public learns that Aids is coming from the injections. But he wanted to show he is in charge here. The level of stupidity is astounding.

2
Mcmurdo32 2 points ago +2 / -0

They are STILL doing that?

2
scoripowarrior 2 points ago +2 / -0

NYC is another Dem stronghold that will NEVER learn that voting Dem will only cause them grief. You'd think they'd learn from other cities like Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Portland, Seattle, LA, etc...you get my point.

Sounds like their Department of Education is incredibly bloated! They just fired their sensible ones, which was probably 5% of their total workforce. What a joke.

2

Didn’t New York State just abandon all COVID restrictions? Or was that New Jersey?

2

New Jersey did. Don't think NY has.
