Everyone should begin calling out murder hospitals...
So much to be held accountable for...
They have no idea...
#MurderHospitals
...This hashtag needs to accompany every hospital malpractice post until justice is served. The whole failed system needs sued into oblivion.

I just read the book, "The Clot Thickens", by a doctor who spent 30+ years trying to learn what really causes heart disease. He is convinced it is not cholesterol, but the medical industry latched on to that long ago and that's what they are sticking too, especially since the statin drugs, for lowering cholesterol, comprise a trillion dollar industry. He is convinced that it is factors that cause blood clotting that produces the cholesterol plaque in arteries. Cholesterol is a necessary biochemical and there is only a coincidental relationship between heart disease and cholesterol.
My Dad’s on Statin. Always talks about how weird that drug makes him feel. Your theory wouldn’t shock me one bit.
Thanks for the heads up - will check that book out.
There is a much stronger link between inflammation and clots than cholesterol. Those who end up with heart disease, strokes, etc have very high inflammatory markers.
Unfortunately, I am in the high-inflammatory marker group! I was diagnosed with arthritis a few years ago, and peridontal disease probably began more than 20 years ago. I'm now trying to limit sugar and carbs (but bread is just too good!). I had no significant symptoms of heart disease, other than a very slow uptick in blood pressure over the years, but that is considered a normal part of aging. The recent coronary artery calcium (CAC) scan showed I have pretty-far advanced heart disease, but I am VERY reluctant to pursue additional medical intervention, because I have become so disgusted with the medical community and their participation in the covid fraud and so many other things, including my own personal experience with medical malpractice regarding myself and several family members.
I think they have lied about everything including diet. Fat free fads starved the brain increasing Alzheimer's, demonizing cholesterol when inflammation is more guilty, inflammation is likely increased by all the toxins in our "healthy" food and environment, among other things. Have you looked into natural ways to reduce inflammation? All the jabs they give increase inflammation and cause autoimmune diseases as well
I'm definitely cutting out the "frankenfoods" and sugary things. My liver is compromised from medical malpractice more than 20 years ago, so after trying a low-carb, high protein diet for a while, I decided I need the carbs because my liver just can't handle so much fat associated with high meat diet, and that probably interferes with my liver's ability to produce the glycogen needed for energy. I had gone without any bread for a couple of weeks, but yesterday I made a loaf in our bread maker (after not being able to find any bread in the store that didn't have all sorts of additives), and it was DELICIOUS! (maybe it tasted better because I was carb starved :) ). Home made bread is just flour (I used 2 cups of whole wheat and 1 cup of high-gluten "bread flour"), water, yeast, small amount of sugar (I even used less than the recipe) a small amount of salt (I also used less than recipe), and a small amount of oil. I started using avocado oil recently and it really doesn't seem to have much flavor, but is considered a "good oil". I hope I make it to this time next year when I'll do another CAC scan to see if I was able to halt, or slow, the progression of the artery plaques.
Is it all sugars? How about fruit? Is there any not necessarily good sugar, but benign?
How about lean meat vs fatty meat? Veggies? I have a probably stupid idea of just eating ration bars and vitamin supplements. I embarrassingly live with my mom and sister, and we have a pretty shitty diet. To the point that I feel eating ration bars and vitamin supplements is better than whatever we have around here.
