I went on a keto diet in 2019 and dropped from 310 to 175. Best mental clarity I had in my adult life. It felt like how my brain felt as a kid.
I've left it since then, but I totally regret it. I'm planning on going back but I am super worried about meat sources when shit hits the fan. The uncertainty of these times has delayed me on many life moves, just like it did during the Obama years.
Thanks for a great post. I really want to try this. Suffering from severe brain fog lately. Can I ask when you say eat high fat but not high protein- what foods are you eating? If you eat only meat would that be high protein? What other source of fat do you use?
