Thanks for a great post. I really want to try this. Suffering from severe brain fog lately. Can I ask when you say eat high fat but not high protein- what foods are you eating? If you eat only meat would that be high protein? What other source of fat do you use?
Irish here. Sadly the majority is simply because they were told to do it. No thinking for themselves. The media here as bad as anything you have in US. Government stooges taking orders from EU. Hardly recognise my country anymore. Thank God most of my immediate family still holding out.
