Key issue will be whether or not the judge is an honest judge or a corrupt swamp creature.
Durham, however, is unlike anyone else in a courtroom in front of a judge. If it turns out the judge is corrupt, Durham has the power to investigate and prosecute a judge, too.
If it's a case of treason doesn't it go before the military courts?
