Im stubborn and refused surgery... but I got some good drugs for sure. Been teeth-gritting my way though, without missing a single day of work. Two weeks ago it took me 4 hours to go from bed to car seat. Pain has been my constant companion for 6 weeks. Every day I've improved a bit. And I've been focused on the improvement rather than the pain.
Yesterday ... I walked, bent, showered, pooped, dressed, worked, drove, even cooked for the first time, and the pain never went above a 1/10!!!
Today no pain AT ALL (except putting on socks)
I got my life back today.
These guys are amazing and goofy! I share anytime someone’s in pain. They have an exercise for everything. Thank me later and glad you’re feeling better!

NOPE not those guys! They have not kept up with the new science of movement. There stuff I used to do and NO besides they are way too long winded.
