Error 1020 Access denied

Looks like it's limited to American users at the moment.

Australians like myself may need a VPN.

Not just VPN, you need to switch your app store to US. Its a bit of a hassle.

Not available in the Japan App Store yet either. I had to log in using my old US Apple ID to access the US App Store to get it.

I'm assuming they'll roll it out to global App Stores gradually.
