I believe the child reasoning on here, but my first inclination was to say he wanted to reach voting age individuals and have people maybe impart some great knowledge about politics/politicians to them. MY BAD!

I would say children might get an indoctrination into the conservative/capitalism way of life if they would be allowed on the site, no one under the age of 16 YOA though.
