Once you have chicken pox (or a chicken pox vaccine), the varicella-zoster virus remains dormant in your body and can be triggered years later by exposure to others who are experiencing Shingles or have recently had the Shingles vaccine.
It happened to me when I was in middle school. I, of course had had chicken pox as a child, and when I was about 12, my aunt visited and was suffering from a Shingles outbreak. A few weeks later, I had a Shingles outbreak over half my back and left arm. The doctor was surprised that such a young child had it. But, I knew where I got it. Now, it has been proven that this is the case.
Thus, you are now suffering likely due to viral shedding from a recent Shingles vaccinated person that you encountered unwittingly.
That is super weird. I know once you've had chicken pox, then the virus is always in your system. But it's more rare to get shingles that young after a natural chicken pox infection in childhood compared to the chicken pox vaccine. Shingles is super contagious. I'd guess you were around someone with an active infection, or your immune system is compromised or stressed. But I'm not a doctor and all that.
I know two people your age range non shotted that got shingles, i think its from others shedding and your body stressed from the contamination . I personally have had head pressure for months since others in my house got the shot .
Here a weird one. I’m 33 and I just got shingles.. and no, I’m not jabbed.
I had a month long case of mild shingles 4 years ago. It's just a reactivation of the Chicken Pox virus then goes away.
When you say not jabbed, do you just mean the COVID vaxx? Did you have the chicken pox vaccine?
I had chicken pox as a child.

I definitely had that thought. I live in a very highly vaccinated state.

Hmm.. wonder what made your immune system go into overdrive. Do you work or live around jabbed people?
No one at home is jabbed with the covid jab. Most people in my state are, unfortunately.
There are natural antivirals like Monolaurin, FYI. Oregano oil capsules are anti-viral too, and colloidal silver. Beware the Herx though (google it)
