why not arrest Trudeau and Chrystia Freeland? Why not jail every single elected person?

Why would the stormtroopers arrest their Dear Leader, his eventual replacement, or any of the other WEF puppets?

That's my point entirely - is it illegal or is it not?

All indications are there is nothing illegal about their civic servants going to work, and that the police are felons even under the emergency orders.
