Great infographic! Applying the specifics to the locations definitely makes things more interesting.
The first one points to Little Saint James Island, USVI. That's Epstein's private island, the one with the temple building that looks like a copy of one from Aleppo, Syria (before it was blown up by our friends at ISIS) that had dated back at least to Roman times.
Q deals in layers of meanings. Connecting #4 to the pattern from 2 and 3 is easy enough. That's been speculated. Does #1's inclusion imply the others were sacrificed?

Crap. I can't see any of this since I am outside of the USA. I need to find a VPN or something.
You might be able to simply change your DNS servers. In many cases, that's how your ISP is filtering web traffic.
Note - This doesn't apply to file sharing as ISPs can filter/throttle bittorrent traffic, in which case a VPN is not a bad idea anyways.
