I believe that shows the civilian air traffic over Ukraine. They have announced they shut it all down due to fears of being attacked. I would expect military would still be in the air though.

The losses of the last two years are MOSTLY smoke and mirrors. Remember flu deaths largely dissapearing during 2021? They were using those deaths (and many others) for Covid.
