It's always worth analysing your job to see if you really give to society as much as you get.
I know some middle managers who have a big net negative contribution in their job alone. ie. the institution would be much better off if they weren't employed.
Anybody laying a cable in a road, even inefficiently, is much much more useful than these expensive pen pushers. Yet the productive people are looked down on.
those liberal arts degrees and they end up working at starbucks
Because they refuse to do laborious jobs.
They want equality, they need to start building houses, laying brick, pouring concrete, becoming mechanics, etc.
They they have the right to bitch about lack of equality.
