Stupid question, I'd they bomb biolabs, is it possible to release the dangerous organisms that were within? Say, If something was airborne?

Not if HEI (high explosive incendiary) or thermobaric munitions are used. They will keep burning until fully oxidized or until there's no O2 left. Most of Russia's munitions fall into these two categories.
