We went from the number one exporter of cheaply sourced gas products, to importing again. They act like it doesn't effect the world of economy when the largest exporter stops exporting. I can't even begin to understand the reasoning.
The reasoning is that they WANT to destroy the U.S. economy.

I remember shortly after we became energy independent for the first time in God knows how long, Iran tried to stir up trouble. We didn't have to play because we didn't need the oil going through that strait. It was truly a good feeling knowing we did not have to go to war.
