Many proofs of these claims are already public secrets. I don't think it is a matter of needing to find proof so much as it is flushing out those who are involved.
In a very public video, Biden bragged about withholding $1 billion from Ukraine on the condition they fire the prosecutor investigating a company his son is involved in. That right there would destroy any other politician not protected by the media. But Biden became President.
So, yes. He can. Undoubtedly. The evidence is all over the place.

my point is whether or not its from Wayne Allen Root, or whether or not its an 'actual live tweet' is irrelevant. It's a "bro, trust me" tweet with no sources whatsoever, just a claim. That being said, I agree with him, because the source, if you will, is a lot of events and happenings over the year that points to this being the case
