A couple of my favorite people in the world are triple jabbed. They know I’m against it, but this past week, two of them made it a point to tell me they went and got their third jabs. It makes me feel sick and I want to cry over it. I don’t say anything to them about it anymore. I talked to them about the danger of the vax before they ever got the first shot. Talked to them again to try to prevent them getting the 2nd shot. They didn’t listen. They mentioned this week that they went and got another shot, and I just acted like I didn’t hear them and continued on with a different conversation. I think they’ll be severely ill or dead within 5 yrs. I haven’t noticed them having any side effects other than one recently getting sick with covid, and she said she has had a lingering cough since then. Other than that, they seem ok for now. If they were feeling weird, I don’t think they would tell me though
That's my experience too, of long-time friends who were so eager to get jabbed becuase it made them feel "safe" and that they were doing something for the greater good, being socially responsible, etc. These same friends have now cancelled me from their lives because I won't go along with this particular social delusion.
I got word a couple of weeks ago that one of these former friends, fully vaxx'ed and boosted, had suffered a TIA (mini-stroke). I feel so sad for him and his wife, but I cannot get updates on his condition, he won't return my texts or calls.
The others who unfriended me were somewhat less "friendly" to begin with, but were acquaintances and I have no idea how they're doing.
I do know THIS much, however: All those people I refer to were at one time, some years ago, quite proud of their "counter culture" lifestyle. Purported to "march to a different drummer," were functioning self-declared "hippies" who had jobs, hated "The Man" (who was anyone who was Republican, a politician, or military), and had delusions about how they "raged against the machine."
Then covid came along and they all BECAME "the man".... purveyors of government edicts, double masked outdoors or indoors, social distanced from everyone, humorless, and highly intolerant of people like me who did not get jabbed. They had become the establishment... they had become everything they once declared they stood against.
And my conclusion, my search for a word to describe them, is that they were outright FRAUDS all along. They pretended to be counter culture because it was easy and trendy to do so.... it cost them nothing.... it was a pose they could adopt without consequences. They never lost jobs or were ostracized because of their poses, and were accepted in their own circles.
And it turns out that I was merely on the fringe of that group, the only thing we shared was an interest in performing music together. I was all the things that their fraudulent poses supposedly hated.... former military, very Conservative, and unabashedly a Capitalist and making the best of it.
So now I know who my friends truly are, and I now know who the frauds are too.
Yeah, I can’t get over how the “counterculture” flipped so easily. You’re right though, there’s no way they really believed in it. It seems like most people don’t hold any really strong convictions anymore- at the first sign of trouble they will abandon almost anything. Bunch of damn cowards. I was a hippy when I was a teen lol and still haven’t changed. I’ve only gotten more info on the situation that has strengthened the beliefs I had back then. I always knew big pharma was fucked. And that something was wrong with bush and 911. I just didn’t know back then how deep the rabbit hole went. I now know that even the hippies were a set up by the cia lol. Shit is insane. It did play a part in me waking up though. As far as this vax stuff goes with my friends, I just went at it in the most loving way I could. Sent them the info and told them it was something I was really concerned about bc I love them so much and that it would hurt me if anything bad happened to them. They still chose to get the shots, and even tho it makes me sad, I respect their freedom to make their own decisions. I did my part in giving them the info, so there’s nothing else I can do. I still love my friends so I’ll still stay close to them. I just hate the thoughts in the back of my mind. Like the info that came out a couple weeks ago about the possibility of the vaxxed getting HIV. Then the most recent development of the vax changing your dna. I look at my friends in silent pity
You are very noble for holding those thoughts and praying for your friends. I try to be that person, but often fail. Fortunately my wife is a strong prayer warrior and she acts as my moral compass at times when my generosity and Christian love falter. We try to be IN this world but not OF this world. It mostly works for me, but not all the time.

Don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of anger going on over all this. I wish death on these elitist evil fucks daily 😂. I just did well on the “being nice to my friends” part haha none of us are perfect and I like to think that in this whole vax situation, our anger is righteous anger. Fascinating... and terrifying at the same time. I wonder to what degree a person who watches a moderate amount of TV, BUT with a perpetually skeptical mind, they can resist such programming? That would be an interesting study.
They are just super-normies. They don’t even watch MSM news. They pay zero attention to anything happening in the world and could care less about being informed. If I asked them what they thought about the situation with Russia, they probably wouldn’t know anything is going on. One of them is a single mom of 4 kids all under the age of ten, so she’s constantly running around like a chicken with her head cut off and busy all the time. Her new boyfriend is a teacher and had to get all the shots, and I think he was a big influence in her decision to get it. She told me that she was just at the grocery store one day, passed the little pharmacy section, saw a sign for free covid shots, so got it lol. That’s how little thought goes into it
