Without trying to downplay it, could it be possible someone was trying to go dynamite fishing with a grenade and the water somehow prevented it from going off?

Could be interpreted as a positive signal from inside a civilian government that wants a peace deal, bypassing the military faction that appears to be opposed to negotiations.

You can have a lot of knowledge and be lacking in wisdom.

Too much knowledge (pride perhaps?) seems to prevent many from growing in wisdom. That's why universities are often full of arrogant fools
