How do we know those are live video feeds and not recorded from days or weeks ago, with current date/times added?

Exactly, or even years ago. CNN or MSNBC I guess has been showing old footage in parts? Friends of mine says it was called out on Twatter. But I don’t have access to Twatter to confirm.
