OH MY GOD. STOP THE VIDEO AT THE 7:44 - 7:45 MARK. Look at the person who is supposed to represent the United States. WTH?? Is this an alien creature whose hologram glitched for a nanosecond right before the photo? What kind of thing is that?
It has a huge, oval, pitch black head with a large open mouth and squinty eyes!
I mean, even Lester Holt is completely unaware of it.
Theory: Digital cameras pick up things the natural eye cannot, such as unidentified objects in the sky, floating orbs in a security feed, and possibly an alien creature at the negotiating table. The guy next to it seems unfazed, thus I wonder if the creature is being camouflaged by a hologram-type shield that the camera captured when it glitched. Otherwise, I got nothing.
But truly, what is going on?

Try covering the shiny leather top with your hand, so you can focus on her right eye-socket and mask.
Just look at its "fish mouth."
The top of the "fish mouth" has the brow ridge (from her skull).
The right-bottom of the "fish mouth" has her nose bridge.
The black shape under the "fish mouth" is her covid mask covering her right cheek.
She's leaning to her left, and her head is aligned with her body's tilt to her left.
We can't see her eye, because she's looking down, so we only see her eyelid.
It's a black woman, with black fashion, under a dark shadow.

It is a black woman with gray hair. The eyes of that creature is actually the folds in her stiff -wiry gray hair. Adding to the global food problem. Fertilizer is already hard to come by and very expensive. Going to impact the US corn and other crops...more expensive just by virtue of the fertilizer coast and likely less available due to the shortage. This just makes it worse.
Add to that that Russia and Ukraine are huge exporters of wheat and fertilizer components, and the fact that basically right now nothing is shipping from Ukraine. Serious food shortages incoming, methinks.
Paraguay is a major soybean exporter and their crops suffered some kind of disease to where they now think they'll have to import soybeans. The bright side of that is a lack of soybeans will mean less estrogen-laced boys.
