Consider this for a moment. What impact would a bio-weapon 'accidentally' released from Ukraine have on Russia? Would there be panic in Russia? Elsewhere? How would the Russian government react? Would the Cabal blame Russia for releasing it? Would other governments lock-down their people to this threat? Would there be a greater world lock-downs? Would the Cabal call this Russian virus? An attack on the democracy? In consideration of Bill Gates predicting the "next pandemic", could this be the scenario he smirked about?
