I just watched a youtube video of a guy evacuating from Kiev. Walking through quiet streets with no military in sight, he says "so strange that people are being shot and blown up in another part of the city, but here in the centre you would never know anything was going on."
Crowds of people at the train stations, but no real panic. No distant explosions or even gunshots. Some people looked bored.
