This video is staged. They did another one pretty much exactly like this one already. With this one, they flipped the video to make it look like it's a different location.
This looked like an Stranger Danger Instructional Video. The camera followed all the action, which says to me this was not some standard surveillance video. And all the "actors" hit there spots right on cue. Just seems to me this was created to show people what to look for and what to do.
I don't think it matters if it is staged. These sorts of incidents are how many children go missing.
It does Matter if it's staged. You loose 90% of people's interest posting fake videos. We have enough with bullshit videos. I'm sick of seeing fake videos asking for cash.
Security cameras, in my experience, do not move back and forth like this one.
Yes, but someone took the raw footage and added the circles to highlight people. It is very easy to crop and zoom the footage in and out for maximum impact. Any iPhone video editing program could do this.
So it may be surveillance video, just “enhanced”
