I think the frazzledrip question was asked not to get an answer, but to expose the word to sunlight. I would bet that 95% of Americans - until now - had never heard of it.
If American troops rolled into my Canadian town, most residents would invite them in to watch the hockey game, make a sandwich platter and give them a beer.
