it doesn't prove that at all. Putin choosing not to create havoc in the city center because it isn't necessary, is just as likely.

They've already blasted the city centers of several cities, Putin does not give a rats ass. Give it a couple days, if the Russian Army hasn't given up I have no doubt they will have resorted to indiscriminately blasting Kiev.

Forget all the MSM talk about this war... just as yourself why Putin would bribe fucking Chechens to fight for him.
