Sometimes I feel like the craziest person in the looney bin, other times I feel I'm the sanest. Whether sane or insane though, I have discovered that Einstein was correct about human stupidity. At least I never feel that I belong in that club.
I'm coping fine because I've been prepping.
I feel pleased that I have done everything I can to keep my family safe. We have water, water purification, gas cookers, a solar cooker, lighting, food, toilet paper and feminine hygiene supplies, medical supplies and plenty of batteries for the radio and rechargers and weapons.
I've got a small set of speakers for my smartphone that'll provide thousands of hours of evening stories for the kids.
Well, due to my narcolepsy I have a plentiful access to the daterape drug GHB to get a good night's sleep, but I can't recommend that...

The goal is to hyperventilate. Consider the possibility that O2 and CO2 in your body can get trapped in your extremities and unused capillaries due to our woefully sedentary modern lifestyle.
How might you dislodge those blocked and under-worked capillaries?
Hyperventilate and stress the hell out of your cells and then hold your breath as long as you can?
Think of it like an oil change. I've had visions doing the full 3 sets of 30 breaths. I can't recommend it enough if you have a hell of a time telling your mind to "shut the hell up!"
Praying, meditating. Enjoying the simple things like flowers, birds, smiles, and tasty food. Exercise also helps, as does work.
