I hear what you say but there could very well be another rule that calls the move to the presidency an "election". We need to know the exact wording because you can guarantee that if there is any possibility of preventing that final four year term the Dems and the DS will be all over it.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once...." Then it talks about how it doesn't apply to anyone holding the office when the Article was proposed.
Thank you for that. So the "more than two years" seems the crucial part. As long as Biden and Harris have been in power for over two years when they are impeached then we are good to go.
Trump will have served his initial four years. Biden and Harris will not be impeached on Day 1 so Trump will assume the POTUS job for less then two years thus enabling re-election in 2024.
