I finally convinced my mom not to get the booster. It wasn't easy. Right after that she got the Flu shot! And last time I visited her she had 2 masks on! The cheap graphene oxide mask from China covered by a N95 mask. And we were outside.

If his dog is dying, he is probably overcome with sadness. Maybe his mind cannot accept any new ideas at this time.
