I agree with this statement.

God doesn't need to do anything. Because he knows that Good and Bad is an up and down thing naturally.

He doesn't do anything because anything He does is an interference with free will. I believe He wrote the ending... but we get to choose it. This fulfills both free will and predestination theories.
