Either that or it's fake.
40% corresponds to the maps I have seen. Think of a thick layer of control reaching inward all along the border of the Eastern half of the country. 75% losses means the Ukrainian armed forces have lost cohesion and control. They have no chance of victory and would be better off surrendering.
Might be. If the 75% is true then that's a good sign for the good guys
