It's all very well you saying this, but we have zero way to verify your claims. We should focus mainly on open-source information to avoid these stupid arguments. This also applies to the OP - we have no way to verify the validity of that story either - but to their credit they just put it out there without trying to imply that all Ukrainians thought exactly the same way. Obviously there will be a number of different opinions within Ukraine. Time will tell what the prevailing sentiment is/was.

I think the point was that Vladimir and Volodymyr are actually different names and not just different spellings (whereas Kiev and Kyiv are just different spellings of the same thing).

The part I don't understand is just how Russia are going to prove to the world that the US was developing bioweapons in Ukraine. Whatever they present will just be countered by a slew of fact checking and discrediting by the MSM. Pretty much anything can be faked these days and they'll just claim Russia has fabricated evidence to justify invading Ukraine. And with all the anti-Russia / anti-Putin programming that has been going on over the past decades I think most normies will side with the MSM.
We'll just have to wait and see I guess.
