Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said on Sunday that the Ukrainian government has “plans in place” to ensure the “continuity of government” should President Volodymr Zelensky be killed. Zelensky insists he is still in Kiev, but western officials have already reportedly planned to set him up as a leader in exile.
“The Ukrainians have plans in place that I'm not going to talk about or get into any details on to make sure that there is what we would call continuity of government one way or another,” Blinken told CBS News when asked about the prospect on Sunday, adding “let me leave it at that.”

Not that I really believe anything Blinken says but it kind of sounds like a threat to Zelensky. "Do what you're told, say what you're told or you'll be replaced as easily as you were installed."

Zelensky killed backup plan
Hmmm. Not looking good for Zelensky. I wonder if his level of panic will increase because his personal safety is on the line now.
Before, he was playing president (literally), now there is tangible level of accountability, that includes the risks of a revenge killing form one side, or an elimination by outraged madman who thinks that Z is not effective enough, or too weak to kill all Russkis in the Ukraine.
If I were Z, I would consider taking anonymity in Russia. At least I would be disappeared humanely, somewhere in Siberia.
Interesting stuff. BTW, you know you can put the link in the post, when its a text post right!
Thinly veiled threat to Zelensky that if he does not do exactly as ordered he will be killed.
