What you all think the Scare Event will be? Is it the current Ukraine thing? The threat of nuclear war? WWIII? Or being at the precipice of such things?

10 dollar a gallon gas is pretty scary.
I know alot of people living check to check. Their personal Ponzi schemes are gonna collapse.
Patriots are in control with respect to nukes. If the baddies had the upper hand they'd have used them BEFORE they lost Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
None of the NATO countries helping tells me PANIC
Right. I too know many people with no true stewardship over their finances that are freaking out. I on the other hand happen to be married to someone who is exceptionally wise when it comes to our finances. We’ve got backup on back up and both “work from home” so we aren’t spending anything close to what a normal person spends on gas. Still budgeted though lols
A nuclear weapon will go off this month for sure and it will scare the world.
No nuke is going to be exploded. The scare event will be the anticipation of one going off.
ET's won't allow for nuclear war.
Could be a 'manufactured' nuke to try and do something drastic before the populace realises the truth.
I could support that
At the precipice. I see Ukraine as the most likely big event. Will NATO, EU get more involved? Will the US? I see Russia cracking down on arms being shipped to Ukraine from foreign sources.
Covid
I spoke to a male friend, 50+ about the war and I couldn’t make sense about his opinions so I had to pause and ask: Wait a minute, are you afraid of the war? I’ve never felt like this he said. He was terrified.
It’s hard to think when you are terrified. A lot of smart people will say the reason for Putin to invade is because he is crazy. That is a terribly lazy analysis, I told him. I belive Putin is crazy, he retorted, without missing a beat.
After an hour I had him all confused, the seeds will grow.
But I belive a lot of people are terrified about the war, as they were of covid. Easy to forget for us.
Sadly a lot of people have gotten accustomed to being "terrified" over the past 2 years. It's like a very UNCOMFORTABLE comfort feeling. It's addictive, I think. For me, I think war with Russia is so remote as to be less than 3% possibility, but not zero. Our Deep Thinkers in DC seem to be thirsting after death, so maybe they WILL get what they want.... a war to act as a diversion to introduce martial law and all-out totalitarianism. But I'm unafraid, there will be wars and rumors of war, so I try to live be the tenets of the old Desiderata poem:
Desiderata
GO PLACIDLY amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexatious to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.
