I have bought silver from them before. It arrived with no hitch.
I have also bought from goldenstate mint, money metals exchange, and... someone else. If I remember I will get back to you. I also bought local, but got better deals online.
Yes I've bought from them many times. By the way they own Provident Metals now hence why the prices are the same although the catalogs differ somewhat.
Chiming in, never had a problem. Had multiple orders ranging from $300 - $10K. If paying via checking (cheapest), it does take about a week for them to process prior to shipping out. Paying by crypto and it is usually shipped the same day.
For warned on them and other bullion - PM providers. Due to covid, "signature required" delivers are strictly up to the driver of the truck. Your order can and will be delivered like an amazon order. Had a multi thousand dollar order go poof, escalated and it was "found" a few days alter. In the interim, JM was not acting like it would be covered, at all. Zero proof of delivery other than "trust me dude I delivered" from the driver, so they washed their hands. Call Ampex and a few others, same process and risk. I will only buy locally from now on unless you like the risk.
I have only bought from them. Never had a problem
I heard they have the cheapest silver eagles, I just bought 20 mint marked 1oz rounds from them

I got all my silver and gold from them.
Sending a check in the mail to get best price
Jm, silvergoldbull, monument metals, APMEX
All good. But local coin shop or pawn shop is better. No paper trail or tougher to follow paper trail.
I have never had an issue with apmex - over a dozen purchases
yes I have purchased from them. More pricey than sd bullion, but legit

Very legit. Got maybe 5 orders from them last year. I can vouch for APMEX too.
