I am gonna remove the sticker. Some of the products have it on there and the exact same product doesn’t have the sticker. And I’m not afraid or threatened by the FDA and once it hits a dumpster it is fair game. It’s not a crime luckily to pick through rich people’s dumpsters. They were all brand new products. Still had tags on them. But once they hit the dumpster, it was either seize the chance to make money or either let the garbage man destroy 500$+ worth of items..
So they threw away a lot of perfectly good, unused, expensive stuff. ...With FDA warning labels. Sometimes they do something right. Has that stuff been recalled for making people bald or giving them cancer? Might want to look into that before you start hawking it...
You are welcome! I was so so so excited when my boyfriend brought me all of that stuff. We are doing good financially but I love to help by reselling so I am gonna make some money with this. I sell on Posh, Mercari. This has been our luckiest haul yet. I think it was meant to be since my boyfriend works right beside them and they so happen to be closing and getting rid of a lot of products.
It's probably not the store that placed the stickers, but the manufacturer. That said, there is no shame in being a market maker. Sell at will. Just don't lie to people about being an authorized distributor. If they ask, just say you picked them up at a store's inventory liquidation.
I’m gonna remove them if I can. Luckily it’s not all of the products. Just some. But the only weird thing is that the exact same product doesn’t have a sticker but one does? I’m pretty sure the salon themselves put these stickers on there.
Personally? I'd remove and resell. It's been a long time since I've been in the dumpster hustle, but do what you gotta do. Hairdryer + Goo B Gone / Lighter Fluid / Rubbing alcohol.
Since you never paid for it in the first place, the merchandise was never SOLD.
Therefore... you can't RE-SELL it. It was never sold originally. You can only SELL it for the first time.
Anyone who buys it from you is banned from re-selling it. :>)

Take it off. Fuck em. Don't think the FDA is going to be much of an org here in a few weeks.
They are done for, for sure. Fuck em all.

I'm gonna PM you!
Need more blue dye?
These supply chain disruptions are a pain! Think of the poor suffering blue haired girls!
I like you thanks for the smile!

I’m gonna remove them. I’m not afraid of the FDA.
