There have been more wars fought in the name of "God" then pretty much any other subject in the world. Many faiths actively encourage you to turn of all logic and simply trust in them. They encourage group think and ignorance because it once again empowers a small group of men. It keeps the pleabs in line. It informs how they vote, think, and associate. They control the very way the world is viewed and often the God of "hope" does so by ruling through fear and power.

As it turns out the world isn't made up of just Christians. Plenty of people have exactly 0 desire to convert. Some people are even of the faith and still find it obnoxious and off putting.
