No way.
This is just nonsense. A very easy way to tell is look up the Pfizer stock chart.
It would have already dropped like a rock. Nothing is happening. The Symbol is PFE
Is sec.gov a fake website?

They checked the box for "CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(2)"
I googled that and found this.

Make of it what you will.
Who exactly is Lauren Frawley? Is she just some random person who can file this form and it doesn't do anything? I haven't dug too deep but take everything at face value.

Crank that to 100% and then we talking lol.
Look at the OMB approval stamp -- expires March 31, 2018
dated 2018
So you are saying the posted form 25 is a fake?
It is dated 2018
This goverment link shows that the filing was March 7th. This year.

See how the date you are refering to is in a box in the upper corner and there is a fileing date on the form itself (OMB approval). Gov docs often have dates themselves. I havent dug into this goverment form, but when I was in the military, there would be authorization to use forms past their exp date because command would document policy stating to do so if I am remembering correctly.
The bottom line is this. There are all kinds of forms and regs. There are all kinds of news reports. Most of that stuff makes no sense to the average person when it comes to the markets. Most likely on purpose.
The simple way to find out if something like this is really serious is look at the stock price. If it is not reacting to whatever is out there when whatever is out there is not that important.
Pfizer closed yesterday at $48.76. Right now with low volume trading it is at $48.53 As far as the trading world is concerned whatever you are looking at is a big nothing burger.
