I’ve since read that high quality oil of oregano works well too, as does a high dose standardized extract of olive leaf. But there’s something in whole raw garlic that disrupts biofilms.

How did you do your raw garlic regimen? And were the side effects from the parasites or bacteria in your body dying off?

You should take binders like activated charcoal
it kills Candida too
