I've been researching this in depth recently. The most common item recommended is Black Walnut Seed (can be purchased in capsule form) and most of the natural parasite protocols that I see recommend a regimen of black walnut seed, sweet wormwood, and clove extracts/capsules.
Black walnuts are the seeds. You can just buy a bag of chopped black walnuts at the grocery store. I don't have to go to that expense as I have two black walnut trees in my yard. No one wants to hull and crack them, so they just go to waste mostly.
Useful info, but be careful with wormwood if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Romans used it as birth control and an abortifacient in the ancient times.
Yes! Thank you for bringing that up. Also, oil of oregano can interfere with certain medications (I'm still looking into that, but I think it's heart medications and blood thinners; I can't be quoted just yet, though).
I can vouch for the raw garlic 🧄 I did it three times a day for a week many years ago. It was BRUTAL, but it cleared up the overt digestive issues I was experiencing. It also, unexpectedly, cleared some mild depression, a belly pooch and slightly elevated blood sugars.
I now fully believe that gut flora imbalance/parasites can lead to all kinds of chronic degenerative disease.
Hopefully there is cheap antiparasitic medication that we can all take.
Maybe a Noble Prize winning one that's been prescribed over 4 billion times and is safer than Tylenol.
Kudos

I've also seen the following recommendations:
Raw garlic
Papaya Seeds
Oil of Oregano
Pumpkin seeds

Mimosa Pudica
Dried pomegranate quarter.peel covertwenty mins, boiling water or teaspoon papaya seeds 7 days rest a week another 7 to kill eggs
Garlic coffee also work...look online
It’s good stuff, I can attest the papaya seeds are awesome.
Only works for gut parasites though, once the parasites are in your bloodstream or muscle tissues, it’s a whole other story.
I think eating raw garlic makes parasites leave your system. Bugs hate it, both big and small.

How did you do your raw garlic regimen? And were the side effects from the parasites or bacteria in your body dying off?
it kills Candida too
