We export most of the grains we produce. It's why we feed roughly 75% of the world. And we import everything to make up for the losses from exporting. It's called "free trade."
I didn't think to check ITC. Here is what we imported from Russia, wheat, in tons, in 2020. You can change the country and see Ukraine as well, which is not nearly as much as Russia.
