Yes I know. My family still has a couple gold and silver certificates that look just like our current money but the ink is different. I’m saying gold never lost its value only fiat currency has. In the 60s minimum wage was $1.25 and quarters were made out of silver so you got paid 5 pieces of silver per hour basically. Do the math and you’ll see that minimum wage now should be worth 5 pieces of silver not $1.25.
