I cannot lie this sounds like complete bs, to blanket statement all of them are bad, doesn't make sense. There are meats from different animals, and dairy to me would seem like a base and actually combat acid. If you say everything we have been told is a lie, in which I agree with on some level, then we should be eating red meat, and fats etc. They have said these cause high cholesterol and clogged arteries. Pork obviously is not as healthy as venison, but look at the animals intake.
