Lol.. I was thinking the same thing. In reality, to fire the CEO, you need the majority share holders of the company to put a motion to fire the CEO and then vote on the motion. These days, most companies are majority institutionally owned -- my guess would be blackrock or vanguard in this case

The contributions can slightly vary as well as the provided services. Costs are split between the policy holder and the employer. When you are jobless the taxpayer will take that part.
As far as i know there is no comparison to any american-style corporation.
