Context is key. He's talking about revenge porn where after a break-up one partner blackmails the other with the sex pics they took while they were together. It's despicable and should be a crime if it isn't already. It's not a new issue either. It's been an issue on college campuses and among young people for at least a decade.

Now, I do think Biden has an ulterior motive. That's obvious even to a blind man. Lord knows his crack addict kid has plenty of "compromising" pictures, and we know DC runs on blackmail so ALL of his puppeteers and their buddies have pictures either of themselves or someone else.

But we should acknowledge there is a valid social issue being addressed here as cover for the one Biden's handlers really care about.
